Emirates Airlines And Air New Zealand Questions?

Are both airlines honest and good to use,have friendly,helpful,pleasant,nice staff?? also I have heard in the news recently that a lot of airlines are involved in a cargo cartel and 2 of them were Air NZ and Emirates-what is a cargo cartel and what/who did it from both airlines??,are there any bad things/controversies that these airlines have done?? also is Air travel the eco’est way to travel other than biking??, and does Airbus have the safest planes???

In my personal opinion, both Emirates Airlines and Air New Zealand, are both reputable airlines. Unfortunately, it does appear that there is something amiss in the cargo cartel, which involves 13 airlines in all:

Personally, I trust Emirates better. They have a history and the United Arab Emirates have the lowest death rate worldwide. Air travel is better than being in a car because 1 airplane is better than 300 cars right? and the 2 leading safest companies are Airbus and Boeing (but i don’t trust that Boeing 737. Latest crashes were on the 737)
