you didnt mention Costa Rica or Ecuador but id presume uv been looking at your details. if not costa rica has great diving as it sits between 2 oceans. It has amazing active volcanos to climb, beutiful forrests with wildlife also great biking & hinking routes, the highest/longest canopy tour in the world with great views 100 meters high. real nice locals, its cheap & easy to get round & relatively safe. I too have travelled about 35 countries & am into the same sort of activites, did Everest basecamp last year , Nepal is great for activites aswell. Id like to chat & swap ideas but dont want to give email to the world, is there a way of contacting

Have you considered Thailand? There are great dives spots around Phuket in south of Thailand. You can also go island hoping around the area where there are national parks and trekking for waterfalls.

Then head out west to Tak. Umphang is an eco-delight, with great waterfalls of various sizes, jungle trekking and hilltribes visit. From there go north to Mae Hong Son for more hill tribles visit and jungle trekking, especially at Pai.

Then go visit ancient cities in Sukhothai, Buriram, Ayutthaya. See how early cultures were like in ancient Thailand.

And THailand has some ineteresting sights and fantastic shopping. Sounds good, you can contact me at for more details.
